Alright we've discarded our shells, shrimp is still on the plate that we had them on. We are going to grab our gloves from the bottom and pull them in and discard them and there our shrimp hasn't contaminated any other surface. We'll take just a little bit of pepper, and cover them and a little bit of salt. And then we are going to take our shrimp and just put them in with our vegetables. Alright if your oil is starting to burn or to dry up a little bit, you can just hit it with a quick tablespoon of white wine. You really don't want to drown them in that flavor you just want to keep the oil, the oil from evaporating and the garlic scorching.
