More than 30,000 children and youth have been recognized since the program's inception in 1982. What It Is: "Fashion Moves is dedicated to creating more quality clothing choices for people with disabilities or other health concerns. The Fashion Moves Garment Design Competition is the main component of the Fashion Moves Project. Open to College and University Fashion and Textile Design Students around the World.
