- 1). Inspect the edges of your faceplate where it meets the body of your phone. Look for a small indentation or raised area, which is where the faceplate clasps to your phone.
- 2). Apply gentle pressure to the bump or dent and pull the faceplate away until you can feel that is has been freed from your phone. Set the faceplate aside.
- 3). Align the new faceplate atop your phone and press down on its edges. Listen for a click, and make sure that all parts of the faceplate are in alignment around the phone. Tug gently on the faceplate to make sure it's fastened securely.
