- 1). Run a paper towel under warm tap water, and wring out the paper towel thoroughly.
- 2). Unplug the controller from the PS2 console, and wipe the damp paper towel over the controller.
- 3). Dig residue and buildup out of crevices around buttons with a toothpick.
- 4). Disinfect by drizzling one teaspoon of rubbing alcohol onto a paper towel. Squeeze excess moisture out of the paper towel and wipe over the PS2 controller. Let the controller air dry before plugging back into the PS2 console.
