1Go to “Start,” click “All Programs” and open Memorex exPressit. When you launch the application, the New CD Label Wizard menu will appear.

Select one of the available Memorex products, such as CD/DVD Labels, CD/DVD Cases, iPod or Business Card Disc Labels from the Product Types menu. After selecting a product, you will be asked to select the specific label type.

Scroll through the “Label Products” menu and select the specific type of label you purchased such as Standard Disc Label, Full-Face Disc Label or DVD Case Insert. If you don’t know the label type, you can locate it on the front of your Memorex package. Click “Finish.” The Memorex exPressit Label Design Studio template design page will open.

Click the “Backgrounds” button on the left side of the screen if you want to insert a background in your template. Depending on your preference, you can select one of the pre-made Memorex designs or upload and insert a personal digital image from your PC.

Click the “Pictures/Clipart” button and select the “Browse for Pictures/Clipart” option. The Picture dialog box will appear and a list of clipart thumbnail images will be displayed. To select one of the clipart designs, double-click on the thumbnail image. If you want to use a personal photo, navigate through your folders in the Windows Explorer navigation pane and select your preferred picture. After selecting a personal photo or clipart image, it will be inserted in the template automatically.

Click and drag the photo or clipart image to your preferred position on the template. You can also resize the picture by clicking and dragging the small red boxes on the corners and edges of the image.

Click the “Text” button and select the “Create Text Frame” or “Add Circular Text” option. A text box will be inserted in the template automatically. Click and drag the text box to your desired location. Enter the text you want displayed on your label, and then use the style, size and color toolbar buttons to experiment with different font designs.

Save your new Memorex label template by clicking the “File” tab and selecting the “Save As” option. Enter a file name and select a destination folder from the Save In field. Click the “Save” button. The design will be saved to your chosen destination folder automatically.

Insert the blank Memorex label face down in your printer.

Click the “File” tab and select “Print.” The Print dialog box will appear. Select the number of labels you want to print, and then click “OK.”
