Monitoring the basal body temperature and the menstrual cycle.
There are 28 days in which the menstrual cycle takes place and within those 28 days, there will be two or three days wherein your basal body temperature would get higher, signaling that the egg is about to be released.
It is best to record your temperature that moment you wake up in the morning.
The 9 days before the start of the 5-7 day bleeding and 9 days after the bleeding would give you the "safe" days which will not help getting pregnant happen.
