- 1). Attach one end of a USB cable to your BlackBerry device. Attach the other end to your desktop computer or laptop's USB port. On a desktop computer, this is on the front or back of the computer tower. On a laptop, this is on the left or right side of the keyboard.
- 2). Click "Start" and "Computer." Locate your BlackBerry folder in the "Computer" window. Double-click to open it.
- 3). Locate the "BlackBerry Password Keeper" folder. Double-click it to open it.
- 4). Enter the password you use to access the application. Press the "Enter" key. You should now have access to the password database.
