- 1). Preheat the oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
- 2). Beat the eggs with the wire whisk or electric mixer.
- 3). Beat in the milk, butter, salt and sugar.
- 4). Mix in the sifted flour slowly until the batter is smooth.
- 5). Pour the batter into the baking pan of your choice, being sure to grease it with cooking spray or butter first.
- 6). Bake the pancake uncovered until it is puffy and golden brown around the edges. This should take anywhere from 12 to 20 minutes The edges and middle can shrink when you remove it from the heat.
- 7). Add your desired toppings directly on top. Serve warm for two to four people.
