How to Convert Narrated PowerPoint to a QuickTime Movie

1). Open your PowerPoint presentation file. To ensure that the PowerPoint presentation will be compatible as a movie file, follow steps 2 and 3.
2). Remove any hyperlinks, such as hyperlink to, last slide, end show, custom show, other file or other PowerPoint Presentation. These will not work properly within your QuickTime movie file.
3). Delete any animations that do not appear the same in the movie format. These include blinds, box, checkerboard, dissolve, strips, wipe and random bars.
4). Click "File," "Make Movie." Insert the name of your movie in the name field. Click "Save" to save the QuickTime movie.
