- 1). Open Outlook. Click "Tools." Go to "Accounts."
- 2). Click "Add." Click "Mail." This will open your Internet connection wizard. Type your name into the box. Click "Next." Enter your email address and press "Next."
- 3). Enter in your server information. Type in your username and password for your account. Click "Next." Click "Finish." You have successfully configured Outlook with your speakerphone modem.
