- 1). Ensure the grinding cup of the coffee grinder is free of coffee grounds and dust. Either can alter the taste of the wheat flour.
- 2). Measure 1/4 cup of wheat berries and pour them into the grinder cup.
- 3). Place the lid on the grinder and press the power button.
- 4). Grind the wheat berries for 1 minute. Lift the lid and check the consistency of the grind. If the flour is fine enough, dump the flour into a bowl and grind the next 1/4 cup of berries. If not, place the lid back on the grinder and continue to grind for another 30 seconds to 1 minute.
- 5). Allow the grinder to rest for 10 minutes after you have ground a full cup of flour. This will keep the motor from overheating and possibly burning out.
