Ingredients Vegetable oil - 1 tablespoon 4 chicken (skinless, boneless) breast halves - slice in bite sizes Italian-style seasoning - 1 teaspoon Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon Dried sage - 1/2 teaspoon Stewed (drained) tomatoes - 2 (14 ounce) cans Dry brown gravy mix - 2 tablespoons Marsala wine - 1/4 cup Directions Take a big deep frying pan and heat some vegetable oil in that pan on medium to high flame.
Add the chicken pieces and sauté the pieces for around 5 minutes, until the pieces become browned.
Season it with Italian-style seasoning, sage and garlic powder and again sauté it for about 10 more minutes, until chicken pieces are almost well cooked and clear juices come out.
Mix in the liquid and stewed tomatoes with the chicken, then put in wine and gravy mix and stir all the ingredients together so that they blend well together.
Decrease heat to low and let it simmer for around 20 minutes.
Serve it hot.
You can serve this delicious dish with plain steamed rice or brown rice.
However, make sure that it should always be hot.
If you do not have Marsala wine then you can use red wine also.
You can serve it over orzo pasta, kids will just love it.
