We are all extremely busy these days with work, friends and the huge amount of things there are to take up our attention.
I do not know about you, but i used to make a plan to do something, and then just as i was about to do it i would get distracted by a program on the T.

or a friend would call up.
I would think "Ok just a quick look/chat.
" but that would spell the end of my plans, usually for quite some time.
It was as if my mind was in control of me instead of the other way around! Here you are.
3 techniques 1.
Seventeen seconds of feeling: Choose a feeling like abundance, love or happiness and hold the feeling for seventeen seconds or more if you can.
Do this once everyday for 30 days and the feeling that you focus on will become your predominant feeling at all times.
When you want to first visualize a life with your mind in order to manifest it into your reality, it is ideal to also learn to feel the feelings associated with living your ideal life.
This technique is perfect for that.

Finding the feeling place: Write your desires down in a list.
Next, write down the feelings you have when you think of these desires, both positive and negative.
After you have made those lists, list the feelings you will have when you have what it is you desire.
Now look at your list and if you have more negative emotions than positive when you think about any particular desire, then you must begin working on and practicing feeling positives instead of those negatives.
Practice feeling the feelings that you would have if you already had what you desire and replace those negative feelings.
Doing this will bring your vibration into harmony with what it is that you desire.

Vision board: Cut out images of your desires from magazines or even find pictures of your desires online and print them.
These images could be of someone vacationing in your dream holiday spot or two lovers embracing in a romantic place like Paris.
This can be a really fun exercise because you actually hunt down images of your desires and get to see them in physical form from that day forward.
Glue the images to a poster board so that you can see your desires everyday.
Look at the board everyday and imagine that you already have the things pictured there.
Feel the feelings of already having them.
Do these exercises and you will begin to vibrate at the right frequency to attract your desires.
