Choose the Gender of Your Baby - Do You Want a Baby Girl Or a Baby Boy?

Starting in the late 1940s, the idea of using the foods that you eat to choose the gender of your baby became a popular concept.
There were numerous studies conducted from this point until the 1980s that led to the strengthening of this theory.
It was determined that there were certain types of foods that could help change certain reproductive aspects to make them more susceptible to conceiving a particular sex.
The results of all this research show that although it is highly important for the mother to follow a particular diet, it is also beneficial for the father to consume the same type of diet to achieve the best results.
Since chromosomes are obtained by both parents, this makes sense.
These diets are designed to change the ovum barrier to allow only one type of sperm to enter, which is the Y chromosome sperm for boys and the X chromosome for girls.
In order for the dietary changes to take proper effect, and help you conceive a boy or a girl, you must start the changes some months before conception.
After learning how expensive it can be to use a fertility specialist, many parents realized that the chances of reaching this goal through home methods and dietary changes are the same.
The major difference between the two was, of course, the cost.
Using a fertility specialist can cost you thousands of dollars, while dietary changes will cost you no more than what you spend now in groceries.
There are other home methods to choose the gender of you baby, and using several together increases the chances of success.
