Candida albicans, mold, and gluten are some of the most famous antigens for total immune chaos.
The more I research, the more I am getting closer to an answer for this candida.
Well, this is my theory.
You develop gluten sensitivity genetically.
Usually, gluten sensitivity is a slow process of exacerbating symptoms, and it may take years to find out if you are gluten sensitive.
In fact, most gluten sensitive people find out they are having it after 10 years average.
I believe gluten sensitivity causes leaky gut, which causes allergies to many things including yeast, and once we get the yeast allergy, we just have a lot of problems.
The second theory is about mold allergies.
Mold allergies interact with a candida protein, thus, when we are exposed to mold, we also get candida symptoms.
It is because of the same protein we might be allergic too, and vice versa.
Last thing is about probiotics.
Probiotics are supposed to be kept cold to insure that stay live, so what do you think that will happen when they hit a 98 degree body? To test the viability of a probiotic, you can leave it in small amount of milk overnight.
The milk will have changed to a thick yogurt like consistency if it is viable.
That is how you can tell if the probiotic has ability to produce enzymes and break or predigest food, etc.
These are so far my biggest theories, which is why I am sure you have to check and get a gluten sensitivity transglutaminase blood test as soon as possible, when you have the money.
If it comes out negative, then you are going to deal with your mold allergies.
