Causes Of Tooth Ache

There are many reasons why you would be experiencing tooth ache and it would be very hard for anyone to accurately tell you why you have one unless they are a professional dentist and have examined it in person.
However, there are some quite commonly known causes of tooth ache and just general dental care, in this post I will tell you of some of these and hopefully you will be able to identify what the cause might be for yourself.
Things like...
Not brushing your teeth regularly - Although this may seem very simple, it is very important to your overall dental hygiene, you should brush at least twice per day, once when you wake up and once before you go to bed, you may like to brush after meals too.
Not flossing - This is not as common as brushing but it can definitely be important, flossing helps to remove the debris of food that get stuck between your teeth and can help to fight dental problems in the long run.
An unhealthy diet - I'm sure you know that eating and drinking things that are high in sugar is not good for you, well, it's true, it can have very negative affects on your teeth as bacteria thrives on this type of thing.
These are just some very simple yet very important things you should keep in mind, they may simple insignificant but they most certainly are not.
Toothache Medicine If you are looking for a toothache medicine then you really need to get yourself to a professional, in other words, get an appointment with your doctor, however, there are other methods for relieving the pain of toothache other than medicine.
Note - Only a doctor can professionally examine and treat your toothache, they can give you medicine if you need it, this article is to let you know about home remedies for toothache that you can try to use to ease the pain.
One home remedy you can use for toothache pain relief is to place a small piece of clove garlic on the painful tooth, this should provide very quick relief from toothache pain.
Another method is to place some raw onion on the tooth.
You could also try drinking a small glass of water mixed with about half a teaspoon salt, just pour the salt into the glass, mix it around a bit and then swig it around your mouth.
Another pretty well-known method is to pour a few drops of vanilla extract on the tooth that is giving you problems.
These are just a few of the many ways you can relieve toothache pain from home, remember that in order to get dental problems treated you really need to see a dentist, these home remedies are only for relieving the pain at home.
If you want toothache medicine rather than using these methods then again, talk to your dentist and see what they advise you to do.
