- 1). Install the "Motorola Phone Tools" software onto your computer by inserting the software CD into the CDROM drive of your computer. If you don't have the CD, purchase the software from Motorola's "MotoStore" or a Best Buy electronics store.
- 2). Open the Motorola Phone Tools software program on your computer. There should be an icon on your desktop that can be clicked to open the program. Select "Default Profile" and click the "OK" button.
- 3). Click the "Cable" option. Click "Next."
- 4). Connect your phone to your computer using a compatible mini-USB cable. You will see a prompt in the Motorola Phone Tools window indicating that your USB connection is successful.
- 5). Select the link that is labeled "Synchronize My Contacts, Calendar or Tasks."
- 6). Wait as your Outlook Contacts are synchronized with your device. You will see a message indicating when the synchronization is complete.
