The noises started the first night we spent in our new house (we built it). Things going bump in the night. We thought it was a cat that had come in through an air vent for the fireplace. We went from the bump in the night to seeing a tall man dressed in white walking through the walls in the hallway. A few weeks later we had a New Year's party. A friend, who spent the night, came out the next morning and asked me about the tall man in white that came into her bedroom.

Just about everyone who spends the night has an experience with our ghostly friends. The best times to see this is early evening or just before dawn. The atmosphere starts to change. A chill comes over the room. The lights start to flicker. There he is. You will catch a peek out of the corner of your eye. Different people have told me off couples dancing over their heads at night. We have ghostly visits of a dog and cat. I see them trying to eat out of my dog's food bowl. We have had three televisions, three toasters and a trash compactor catch on fire. The electric starts to go haywire when they are around. Whole rooms go dark (yes, we have checked the electric). Our ghosts really like the holidays. They are very active during our festivities. I have quite a few ghostly pictures. We just had a wedding last month. Our son was married. When we looked at the pictures taken during the party at the wedding, like the one here, there were swirls and smoke like apparitions in the photos. We like our ghosts.

They are non-threatening and have become part of the family. We look forward to their visits. I would just like to find out why there are here.
