So, you would like to stop smoking? Well, you are doing the right thing to put your life back in order.
Smoking can cause many diseases and destroy an individuals body.
To stop smoking, there are several ways and methods to stop your addiction.
 Here are two methods that may help you.
First, you can go to a rehab center.
They will help you step by step to stop smoking.
They will make you do all sorts of stuff so you can forget the addictive taste.
Yes, it will cost you a lot, but it is  for you own good.
At a rehab center, they do not treat you like patient, but as a close friend.
 They will force to never touch a cigarette again.
Also, they will show what the cigarette does to you and your family.
They really go in deep in that type of stuff.
   The second method is to chew a lot of gum.
That's right, gum.
It can be any type of gum, but not nicotine.
Nicotine does not help an individual.
In reality, people get addicted to nicotine.
Did you know that Nicotine is made of tobacco? As you can see you can see Nicotine has tobacco just like a cigarette.
So, just buy normal gums like Trident and Dentyne.
Always have a packet of gum with you until you do not feel that you will not smoke anymore.
 If one day in that period you have the taste of a cigarette, quickly put a gum in your mouth and everything will be alright.
   If these methods cannot help you with your addiction, do not give up.
