- 1). Start the "Get Solano" level.
- 2). Climb into the helicopter to the right. When the helicopter lets you out, grab all the C4 bombs.
- 3). Hijack a car. Approach Solano's location marked on the PDA map. Take down the enemies with the rocket launcher. Get the ammo and gas.
- 4). Continue on to the next base. Capture an enemy vehicle so you can enter undetected. Exit the vehicle and enter the tank. Destroy anything that gets in your way. Take out any anti-aircraft (AA) weapons.
- 5). Blow up the enemies at the bridge, as well as their AA weapons. Continue to the next base. Smash the AA weapons with the tank. Hop out of your tank and capture one of the new active tanks. Destroy everything.
- 6). Eliminate everyone on the bridge. Take down the helicopters with your tank cannon or by calling in air support.
- 7). Continue past the blockades. Destroy the AA weapons with the C4. Use the laser-guided nuke to destroy the indicated target. Find an enemy vehicle and enter it.
- 8). Return to your own base by following the map. Climb into one of the tanks there. Eliminate the AA weapons and the other tanks. Go into the primary entrance. Carmon will try to escape.
- 9). Follow Carmon in a vehicle. Knock his vehicle off the road with your own. Yank him out and call a chopper which will take him away.

Talk to Fiona. After this conversation, you can enter Caracas, which is now Allied-occupied.
