Because of the unavailable birth certificate of Obama, his political opponents rallied together to attack him. Obama always said that he was born in Hawaii while there is another voice said his actually born in Africa Kenya. With regard to the American who was born abroad,it is not allowed to be elected president in America. And that is the key to the birth certificate controversy.
