Feet Pain Cures

    It Could Be ...

    • If your feet are burning and itching, you may be experiencing an allergic reaction of some kind. This is called contact dermatitis. The fabrics and dyes in your shoes and socks may irritate your skin. Quit wearing those shoes and socks and see if the itching, pain and burning clears up.

    Loosen Those Calf Muscles

    • When your calf muscles are tight, this can cause pain in your Achilles tendon. Stretch your calves each morning before heading out. Stand in a lunging position, right leg forward with right knee bent; left leg extended straight to the back, left foot flat on the floor. You will feel the left calf stretch, particularly if you remember to keep your foot fully on the floor. Reverse your feet and stretch the right calf.

    Other Ideas

    • Putting ice packs or something cold against your feet may relieve pain. Consider purchasing over-the-counter orthotics or arch supports to put in your shoes. This will particularly help if you are flat-footed because it takes the stress off of the fascia.

    Your Shoes

This can reduce foot pain and help our feet support our body without causing pain. In addition, improving your posture and exercising can help reduce foot pain.

    Home Remedies

    • Home remedies for foot pain include using mustard seeds. Add some of the seeds to your bath water or put them into a foot tub along with warm water. The seed should break down toxins in your joints and muscles as well as improve blood circulation.

    Soak

    • Consider soaking your feet in a tub filled with warm water and 2 tbsp. of Epsom salts. Many find that Epsom salts help relieve their foot pain.

    Use Pepper

    • Cayenne pepper contains capsaicin, which is what makes the pepper hot and which will warm cold feet and also relieve pain. Sprinkle some cayenne pepper into your socks and then put them on.

    Get Rid of Excess Fluid

    • Eat asparagus and this will remove excess fluid from your system, which should help reduce foot pain
