- Holiday Mad Libs can be a fun way to get a business meeting rolling. Set up a flip chart at the front of the room with some holiday-themed sentences written out on it. Leave some of the words blank and let coworkers fill in the blanks, which will result in some humorous holiday offerings.
- You can arrange for a Secret Santa gift exchange to take place during the meeting. A week before the meeting, have colleagues pull a name from a hat and then buy a small present for that person. Everyone can bring their purchased gift to the meeting, and you can wrap things up when business is done by handing out the presents.
- You can turn wrapping gifts into an ice-breaker game at the start of the meeting. Pass out shirt boxes, rolls of wrapping paper, tape and scissors and set a timer. Have colleagues try to outrace one another by being the fastest to get their package wrapped up.
- You can hide pieces of a tiny Santa suit around the meeting room, and allow coworkers to point out the pieces as they spy them throughout the meeting. Cut out Santa's shirt, pants, boots, belt, gloves and hat from red and black construction paper and hide the pieces around the room. As each person finds a piece, award them a prize like a candy cane.
