- 1). Position the rebounder at the your feet. A rebounder is essentially a trampoline that is angled so it can force the medicine ball back in your direction once it has been thrown.
- 2). Lie on the ground with your feet flat on the floor. Your knees should be slightly bent. Hold the medicine ball with both hands and keep the ball positioned against your chest.
- 3). Sit up in a standard crunch motion and push the medicine ball away from you, toward the rebounder.
- 4). Hold your current crunch position until the ball is forced back to you by the rebounder.
- 5). Repeat the process as many times as you like, until you feel you have obtained an adequate workout.
