Natural Ways to Conceive a Boy

There are not only medical procedures that couples can use for increasing their chances of conceiving a boy, but also plenty of natural ways.
One method that some couples use is where the woman alters her diet.
Making this change will result in far more of the sperm carrying the male chromosomes (genes) to reach the eggs and fertilize them.
By altering her diet the woman is creating an environment within her body that is favourable to the sperm carrying the male chromosome.
For this to be achieved the woman needs to make sure that the pH levels within her vagina and uterus are low.
So this means them increasing the amount of alkaline they consume.
To achieve this they should be looking at eating the foods which have high levels of sodium and potassium within them like potatoes, apples, bananas and vegetables.
Along with eating more of these foods they should reducing the amount of red meat and peanuts in their diet.
The problem with both these foods is that they will increase the levels of pH in the body making the vagina and uterus far more acidic.
Although altering your diet can help to improve the chances of a couple conceiving a boy it is not 100% guaranteed.
Rather this should be used in conjunction with other natural methods relating to gender selection and are a much better alternative for couples to spending hundreds or thousands of dollars going through medical procedures instead.
There are several other natural methods you can use that will help you to conceive a boy.
