- 1). Remove Vetsulin bottle from refrigerator. Gently roll between palms of hands to mix (do not shake).
- 2). Remove cap from U-40 syringe. Draw air into syringe equal to required Vetsulin dose.
- 3). Insert syringe into Vetsulin bottle. Inject air into bottle.
- 4). Turn bottle and syringe upside down. Withdraw correct dose of Vetsulin.
- 5). Check syringe for air bubbles prior to removing from bottle. If air bubbles are present, hold syringe straight up and tap its side until bubbles float to the top. Push bubbles out and withdraw correct Vetsulin dosage.
- 6). Remove needle from bottle.
