Filming has begun in Vancouver, BC on Revolution Studios' "White Chicks," a comedy directed by Keenen Ivory Wayans and starring Marlon Wayans and Shawn Wayans, it was announced today by Revolution Studios Partner Todd Garner. The film will be released by Columbia Pictures in 2004.
The original screenplay was written by Keenen Ivory Wayans, Marlon Wayans and Shawn Wayans, who are also producing the film for Revolution Studios along with Rick Alvarez and Lee R Mayes ("Scary Movie" and "Scary Movie 2").
In the hilarious comedy "White Chicks," Shawn and Marlon Wayans play two ambitious but unlucky FBI agents who go deep undercover as female, high society debutantes to infiltrate the sophisticated world of the Hamptons to investigate a kidnapping ring.

Keenen Ivory Wayans most recently wrote and directed the blockbuster comedies "Scary Movie" and "Scary Movie 2." His other feature film directing credits include "A Low Down Dirty Shame" and "I'm Gonna Get You Sucka," both of which he also wrote, starred in and produced. Additionally, Keenen Ivory Wayans wrote, starred and produced the feature "Most Wanted" and co-wrote and produced "Hollywood Shuffle." Keenen Ivory Wayans also created, starred in and wrote the hit television comedy series, "In Living Color."
Marlon Wayans, who plays Marcus Copeland will next be seen in the Coen Brothers comedy "Ladykillers" opposite Tom Hanks.
His additional feature film credits include the critically acclaimed drama "Requiem For A Dream," "Scary Movie" and "Scary Movie 2" (which he co-starred, co-wrote and co-executive produced), "The Sixth Man," and "Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood" (which he also co-wrote, co-starred and co-executive produced). Shawn Wayans, who portrays Kevin Copeland starred in, co-wrote, co-starred and co-executive produced "Scary Movie," "Scary Movie 2" and "Don't Be a Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice in the Hood." His television credits include "The Wayans Brothers," which he created, co-starred in and co-executive produced. He was also featured in the hit television series "In Living Color."
