I eventually found a routine that really worked well for me, I lost some weight and flattened out my tummy. Now I can say that I am looking and feeling healthier, happier and I have far more energy to devote to my family.

Something that you can do at home is the 'Raised Leg Crunch'. This exercise works your lower abdominal muscles, tightening any flab, and this exercise will work well for most women. If you work your muscles on a regular basis, there is no reason why you should not start seeing positive results. Anyone can do this, but you do need to be determined and persistent. It is often very easy just to give up when you start to feel the aches and pains, but this is only temporary.
