It is widely known that we can make fuel out of algae, and that means we can make various gases, and we can use those to create heat.
As those gases burn, they will create other gases, and those other gases can be used and solidified to help grow other biological plants or algae to repeat the process.
Therefore if you had a dual hulled blimp-like green house, you could indeed create an enclosed ecosystem.
I have a name for this concept of mine; "The Flying Greenhouse" It is known that when you burn methane, you end up with CO2 and H2O.
Those are the two things which you need most when growing plants.
And if you grow a lot of plants, you can introduce them to termites, which in turn eat the plants, and you get methane.
Now, although this process would be very slow, you don't need much power to keep a blimp flying around.
After all, its buoyancy is lighter than air, and therefore it can stay up a long time.
All you need to do is have power to steer it.
Now then, let's say you took some of the light coming from the Sun and through the upper Earth's atmosphere and used it for solar power, you could focus the light to start burning the gas, and let's say that you used a solar powered coating to cover one side or the other of your dual hulled blimp, as needed to maximize your eco-system generation in your greenhouse? See you would have a radically new innovation and something which can stay aloft for five years, or maybe indefinitely, and it would never need any fuel.
Some say this is insane, and it's not practical or possible.
Post to that I say; baloney, and indeed, it's folks that have no imagination, or innovative insight which might say something like that.
I know anything is possible, and I've already done the impossible, so I am undeterred with new ideas, creations, inventions, and innovations - what say you?
