The SumTotal suite is a talent management system consisting of TotalLMS™, a platform for delivering and analyzing learning, TotalPerformance™, software for assessing employee performance, and TotalCompensation™, technology for building, among other things, pay-for-performance models.
Duluth, Ga.-based AGCO, a world leader in the manufacture, marketing and distribution of agricultural equipment, is implementing SumTotal's Enterprise Suite in phases as part of a strategic human resources initiative. Since its formation in 1990, AGCO has grown through more than 20 acquisitions. AGCO sought a unified approach and platform for managing its strategic HR needs and SumTotal's software will support this global alignment.
To date, AGCO has implemented SumTotal's software for: managing employee goals; constructing succession plans; and assessing employee performance and competencies.
