You are sending out a message to everybody that you are using this account purely for business purposes.

So be sure to add as much details about your businesses as possible on your profile page.
Link back to all your business sites, including blogs, ecommerce sites, etc.

Sometimes, friends may stumble upon your Facebook profile and make a friend request.
You may be tempted to accept the request because you know this person.
Don't do it! Instead, message your friend and let him or her know about your personal Facebook account.

What's the use of posting a super valuable blog post about business when all the people in your friends list are not interested in doing business with you? They will never read your content or buy anything from you! Step 4: Add your business blog RSS feed to your account.
Every now and then, log in to your Facebook account and keep your account up to date.
Your business associates want to know what you have been up to lately, and Facebook is a great platform to reveal such information.

You end up chatting on Facebook with your friends without getting much done.
If you really don't have the time to update your Facebook account, you can always add your RSS feed to your profile page.
When you do that, the profile page will always show your latest blog entries.
That way, when business partners see that you have been blogging, they may click on the links to read your articles.
Once the feed has been added to your account, the blog titles will appear automatically on your profile page.
No further updating is required.
