- 1). Click your Palace to bring up a list of options and information, including your city's status, information about your Governor and the option to make a sacrifice to the gods.
- 2). Click the button next to the "Governor Info" option to show a list of options for changing or appointing the Governor.
- 3). Scroll through the list and pick a new Legend to be Governor. Click the "--" option to dismiss your current Governor without appointing a new one if you no longer want anybody to be Governor.
