Rewrite your first draft to develop your book further and to make any necessary improvements. Check for spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors. Save the file.
- 3). Convert your word file to an ePub file. Go to websites Calibre, Book Glutton or ePub tools to use their programs to convert your word file. Alternatively, use Adobe InDesign to write your eBook as an ePub file.
- 4). Visit the Kobo website. Click on the Authors and Publishers tab at the footer on the home page. Read the information on the screen to clarify all the details.
- 5). Go to the "Sign-up quickly and easy" section. This section gives you a contact email address. Click on the email link.
- 6). Write your email to set up a Kobo publishing account. Introduce yourself in brief and explain why you would like to publish your book online and why you have chosen Kobo. Include a short synopsis of your book. This is a short storyline description like you find on the back of book covers. Attach your ePub file. Send. Wait for a reply and the agreement to publish, if your content is deemed suitable for Kobo's market.
