Patriotism is defined as, "...devoted love, support, and defense of one's country; national loyalty." The world of comic books are filled with characters that are patriotic. Some have gone so far as to incorporate the very flags of their country into their costumes. There are patriotic characters all throughout the comic book world, of which many are based in America, but you can find patriotic characters that represent just about any country around the world.
