Do You Want a Quick Fix?

So let's see how the consumer society works when it comes to weight loss or health.
How with clever marketing big supplement companies pull us into buying things that is not working or good for us.
Take for example a weight loss supplement that promises you that you will lose 5 kg fat in 2 weeks.
Even if this is a supplement that works and you lose the promised weight you will gain it back very quickly because you do not have the knowledge to keep it off.
If you would have you wouldn't need this supplement.
So company X brings out this pill.
That works (of course).
Do they want this pill to work? Is it good for them to sell you something that works so you will get slim and fit and you will stay that way? Nope, they make more money when you fail.
You buy into the false promises and lose some weight but you wont get further.
Although after some time company X or company Y (that still belongs to the same people, so the money still goes into their pocket) comes up with a better solution and a more appealing way to market it.
(Those people by the way you see to market these supplements have never used them or get that lean and masculine by taking that supplement.
They train hard and eat healthy food to look the way they do.
) That you will buy.
But guess what...
that is right! This new supplement will not work either or only make a little difference.
Than a little bit later they come up with something NEW again...
and the circle goes round and round keep fooling the same desperate people again and again taking their hard-earned cash to make the owners of these companies rich.
Are you one of those people who is still trying these things? The bad news is this: If you want to live healthy and slim than you have to eat food that is ment to be eaten by our species.
Things that you can find running and growing in the wild.
Not things that are made in factories not things that have been grown with hormone and antibiotic injections.
Nothing packed with a big list on its back is good for you.
Think about it like being caged in the zoo.
When we lock up a lion we feed him the food lions ment to eat in the wild.
We do not start feeding them cakes and burgers, french-fries and coke.
If we lock you up what would be the food we need to feed you to live healthy.
It would not be quick microwave lasagna or McDonalds food.
If I could lock you up I could feed you the diet you ment to eat and eventually you would learn to eat what you ment to eat.
This is how a good healthy nutrition retreat works.
You would be surprised how many alignment can be healed and how much better you would feel if you started to eat the diet humans as a species ment to eat.
If you don't know what to eat than you will either need help or you have to learn it by your self.
The main areas to research are:
  • white refined sugars (the worst thing ever happened to humanity)
  • artificial sweeteners especially aspartame
  • hydrogenated fats
  • refined and white flours
  • milk (that thing you buy in the shop is NOT milk!)
  • soft and sport drinks
  • coffee
  • how your meat gets into the shops and how they prolong their shelf life
  • fluoride
  • vitamins.
    Especially Vitamin-D
  • juicing
  • raw food
  • organic free range eggs and meat
  • raw milk, etc.
The list goes on and you will always find things you did not know about.
The more you learn the more questions you will have.
There is a lot to learn and we can not rely on our governments to look after us.
So start learning, research and listen to others with an openmind.
