So why am I always bloated? There are generally a few factors which you need to address in which to figure out the cause of your gas and bloating:
- Constipation: Were you aware that anything less than 2 bowel movements per day is considered constipation.
So even if you go #2 every day its still not enough it needs to be at least 2 times. - Food Allergies: This is a very common cause of bloating that people do not properly diagnosed.
You do not need to have an allergy show up on a blood test or the pin prick test to be sensitive to it.
Celiac and gluten intolerance is one of the most common, especially since wheat is in almost all foods to some degree many people experience chronic bloating, gas and digestive pain for years until actually realizing that it is the food they're eating every day.
Dairy is also a very common culprit that should be eliminated from the diet alongside wheat for at least 2 weeks to determine if one or both are the causes. - Candida: This yeast exists in 90% of the population, however only some people experience symptoms as a result of it, although the symptoms can range from anything such as digestive problems to asthma, depression, chronic pain, eczema and much more.
It is worthwhile taking a quick Candida test to determine if you are at risk.
Generally what is required to eliminate Candida also eliminates most allergens which can cause chronic food allergies.
