UFC on FOX 5 Results
UFC on FOX 5 Results - The UFC on FOX 5 came to us all live on December 8, 2012 from the KeyArena in Seattle, Washington. In sum, it had a list of fights on it that were as good as most pay per view cards, maybe even better. Benson Henderson vs. Nate Diaz Results
Benson Henderson vs. Nate Diaz Results - Ben Henderson had fought two consecutive bouts against former UFC Lightweight Champion Frank Edgar prior to this bout, both of which he won via decision. That said, both fights were closely contested and controversial in their outcome (especially their second fight at UFC 150). Regardless, he had won five straight coming into this UFC on FOX 5 match up, including victories over Edgar, Clay Guida, Jim Miller, and Mark Bocek- so certainly nothing to scoff at.
His opponent, Nate Diaz, a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, boxing, and cardio nightmare, was on a nice streak as well, having won three straight, including victories over Jim Miller, Donald Cerrone, and Takanori Gomi.
