Natural Health Suggestions: Which Foods You Must Eat to Stay Healthy?

In recent years, we have become more educated and more conscious about healthy eating habits. You will have no doubt seen several recommendations about food that has been advised. Though, the average lifespan stayed the same, 70 years, much the same as centuries before.

The body requires sodium, it helps cleanse the body and prevent health conditions. The body requires fat. Fat insulates us from the elements and helps keep our body lubricated as machines are lubricated. Fat also keeps our skin flexible and feeling youthful. Have protein in the diet, you cannot do with a smaller amount of it particularly when in the healing and during the growing up years. Calories, and indeed sugar, are needed to maintain energy levels up. But then everything has to be taken in the right amounts and quantities. Remember, everything in moderation.

The dilemma is not the food alone; the problem is the opinion towards food. It is the preference of one food group over the other that keeps the system unbalanced and wanting of nutrients that weakens the body. It is the lifestyle that prevents us or allows excuses not to eat right but have fast food as the normal recourse.

Basically, there are only two kinds of food found in nature, apart from those in the food groups that scientists have categorized. The first is food for nutrition and the second is food for curing. Some examples of these are garlic, turmeric and other herbs too many to refer to. Each food has its own role and counter action; every food has different properties and usually counter-balances another food type.

In an attempt to sell a product, a brand, or an idea, the result is a scare tactic that ultimately limits us with a choice in food that we often do not like. The limiting of food choices keeps on evolving so that if everything that is heard or advertised is listened to, nothing is worthy of eating anymore.

Every region on the planet will always provide a balanced food source for that region. Foods grown in the US are different from those grown in China. Yet in the end, the exact same balanced diet is present everywhere in the world even though tastes may be different. That ought to tell us something. The planet provides everything for our enjoyment and wellbeing. Anyone who is not attempting to market anything will say the same thing, that we should eat everything in the food charts in proper quantities and proportions. That way we enjoy life, that way we stay truly healthy.
