- 1). If you are a junk food lover as well as unhealthy eater, get rid of those junk. Not only do they cause your skin to break out but it can cause you to gain weight in the process.
- 2). Make it a habit to wash your face when you wake up because it is necessary. Use a cotton call with witch hazel if you want. Avoid touching your own face as much as possible.
- 3). Then moisturize. IF you are heading outside, use a sunscreen aswell but even better if you use such as Bert's Bees or Aubrey Organics. They do not stick in unnatural chemicals that you see in a lot of other products but better for your face. For night time, do that same step but also avoid unhealthy food.
