When it comes to getting bigger calves fast, there are many theories out there but very few that worked. I mean if they did what they promised you would not be reading this. But your search ends here. I have in my massive calves system a system so unique it has been proven to give you bigger calves fast.

Let’s discuss one of the theories that people use to get bigger calves fast

.Some people believe in turning their toes in and out to affect different portions of the calves. For instance pointing the toes outward tends to hit the inner calves and pointing the toes inward hits the outer calf muscles. Whiles these getting bigger calves’ techniques might work, it is not what you should be doing if you have thin calves or stick legs!

Here is how you build up big calves

First understood that the calves are made of two basic muscles. The gastrocnemius (the diamond shaped muscle) and the soleus muscle (the larger calf muscles underneath the gastrocnemius)

If you bend your knees when doing any form of toe raise you hit the soleus and if you straighten the knee you hit the gastrocnemius.

Here are the rules you need to use for massive calves
1. Use an exaggerated range of motion- I man you have to feel the exercise- you need heavy weights but never at the expense of form

2. Use slow controlled movements-this ensures you are using proper form and this is necessary for getting bigger calves fast

Use two exercises-the seated calf raises to hit the soleus and the standing or donkey calf raises to hit the gastrocnemius. When it comes to getting bigger calves fast-nothing is better than these two calf exercises

Here is the hidden part when it comes to getting bigger calf muscles (gastrocnemius, soleus)

1. In between sets you want to do weight less toe raises. You simply stand on your toes and hold the contraction for as long as you can

2. Stretch the calves after each toe raise!
These two simple steps combined with the right training routine (as found in the massive calves routine) will set your calves on a sudden growth spurt not likely experienced before
