If the vendor offers it as a payment option, it is usually referred to as "Bill to Phone" or "PaymentOne." The phone number is validated immediately as a legitimate phone number in the PaymentOne database.
- 2). Answer the verification call from PaymentOne. If you were able to validate your number through the subscription service, you will receive this call after confirming the preferred billing method. If automatic verification is not an option, you will be directed to call 1-877-757-2700 for inbound verification.
- 3). Verify the personal information requested during the PaymentOne verification call. The information requested is typically account-specific from the information provided at subscription confirmation. If you have to call 1-877-757-2700 for verification, use a phone connected to the Billing Telephone Number (BTN) you provided. If you do not, verification and billing services will fail.
