- 1). Contact the National Association of Realtors for a list of licensed realtors in the area. Contact several realtors to find one you will feel comfortable with. Upon selecting one, sign a Buyer's Agent Agreement, giving exclusive rights to the realtor to represent you in finding a house.
- 2). Provide your realtor with a list of features you want in a home, including the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Include additional information about parking needs, lot size, and interior features such as for the kitchen and basement.
- 3). Go to Realtor.com. Select the home type and insert the city name in the location box. Insert your price range. Select the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Click on "Advanced Search" for additional criteria including nearby areas, property features, lot size and community features. Click "Search" for a list of homes in the area.
- 4). Visit the Los Angeles Craigslist classified advertising website. Go to the housing section and select "apts/housing" or "real estate for sale." Put "Beverly Hills" in the "search for" box. Select the maximum and minimum price and the number of bedrooms you seek. Click "Search" to see listings.
- 5). Visit the Dream Homes Magazine website to review a list of luxury Beverly Hills homes. Input the city, state or zip code. Click the "For Sale" or "Luxury Rentals" tab. Click "submit" to review all the homes in Beverly Hills.
