- 1). Clean the back of the GPS receiver with a dry cloth to remove dust. Dust, dirt or other particulates may interfere with the adhesion between the lanyard and the GPS unit.
- 2). Apply a small amount of the cyanoacrylate adhesive to the snap swivel on the lanyard that you wish to attach to the GPS receiver. Do not allow your skin to contact the adhesive.
- 3). Press the part of the lanyard with the adhesive to the rear of the GPS receiver at the point where you want to make the connection to the lanyard. Hold the lanyard in place for a few seconds to allow the cyanoacrylate adhesive to set.
