• MD Skincare Serious Lip Treatment is a two-part anti-aging product. Step one is a clear, roll-on gel that plumps lips using vasodilators which increase blood circulation. Step two is a moisturizing cream containing hyaluronic (water-attracting) spheres. With continued use, the product causes a plumping effect using Vitamin C, peptides and anti-oxidants. • Dr Dennis Gross, M.D. says he began inventing his skincare line when he noticed that his patients returning from Milan had a skin problem. "It's really because of Milan. How to Use It

  It is recommended that this product be used twice daily, before applying makeup. Product instructions also advise that after finishing step two, you should apply lipstick to help create a seal over the moisturizing cream.
