Kegels - Last Longer and Overcome Premature Ejaculation FAST!

When you don't have any control over the muscles around your penis then you will constantly be prematurely ejaculating.
When you prematurely ejaculate do you feel a sense of frustration because you cannot control when you ejaculate? It kind of just happens on its own and no matter what you do to prevent it you still prematurely ejaculate.
The answer to this problem lies in strengthening and taking control over the muscles around the penis, also called the PC muscles.
The reason the PC muscles are so important is because they will give you the ability to overcome premature ejaculation, they are extremely important to control if you want to be able to last longer than a minute or two.
If you don't want to have those embarrassing moments where you ejaculate as soon as sex starts but you would like to have a way of slowing down or preventing premature ejaculation then this is something you must learn.
Here's why kegels are so important.
When you were a boy, there is a chance that every now and then you would pee in the bed when you were sleeping.
Why was that? Because the PC muscles around your penis simple were not strong enough to hold in the urine.
(there is more to this but weak PC muscles almost always play a role) As you age though, you would get stronger and stronger PC muscles and eventually you would not wet your bed anymore.
Once the PC muscles had gotten strong enough you would be able to hold in the urine until you woke up a couple of hours later and went to the bathroom.
In the same way that strong PC muscles will let you control the flow of urine, stronger PC muscles can let you control the flow of your ejaculate.
When pressure starts building up in your penis, when the testicles start sending sperm to your urethral bulb and your sperm gets ready to exit, the muscles around your penis will not be able to hold this ejaculate for a very long time since they are so weak, since they cannot keep the ejaculate inside your urethral bulb, you end up prematurely ejaculating.
This is when you get that hopeless feeling, she just gives you a couple of strokes or you just have sex for a minute or so and you ejaculate.
The muscles around the penis don't have the strength to hold in the ejaculate for a longer time so they release it prematurely.
By having stronger PC muscles you can get more sexual pleasure before you have to ejaculate.
You can allow more semen to gather before it needs to exit.
The muscles around your penis are like a Dam that hold in a huge amount of water, the stronger the dam the more water needs to accumulate before an exit opens up.
Even better, if you can work on your PC muscles and get them really strong, you can squeeze them and literally push back your ejaculate and last longer that way! Here is how you strengthen your PC muscles.
You do it by doing kegel exercises.
1.
Sit down and squeeze the muscles around your penis.
Your testicles will come up when you do this.
This is a kegel.
2.
Squeeze these muscles 50 times a day for a couple of days.
These squeezes should be fast.
3.
Then do a massive squeeze that you hold for 30 seconds or for as long as you can.
In a couple of weeks you will notice that it requires more and more sexual stimulation to get you to ejaculate.
The more you strengthen your PC muscles the easier it gets to last longer in bed and the faster you can overcome that hopeless feeling of having no control at all.
The reason kegels are important is because they give you control over your ejaculation.
