Member Recovery

• 1). Open the email account that is connected to your AQWorlds account.
  
  
• 2). Locate the original payment confirmation message you were sent when you first joined.
  
  
• 3). Record the transaction ID and method of payment; you will need this information later.
  
  
• 4). Navigate to the AQWorlds automated recovery page. Enter the game, account name, email address, payment method, and transaction ID to recover your account.
  
  

Non-member Recovery

• 1). Point your browser to the hacked accounts contact form on the official website for AQWorlds.
  
  
• 2). Fill in the requested information. You will need your account name and email address. Select "Free Account" on the drop-down and write a brief explanation of your situation in the empty box.
  
  
• 3). Click the check box to agree to the terms and conditions of the site.
  
  
• 4). Hit "Send Message."
