Grapes contain resveratrol, which is believed to help lower cholesterol levels,slowing down the build up of fat deposits in the arteries.

Processed foods like grape juice and jelly do not contain resveratrol that is needed for your heart.
The skins are where this is found so it is best to eat your grapes raw.
