Employee Retention Strategy in Sales & Marketing

Employee retention is the predominant aspect of the organizations. An employee joins in an organization blissfully. Achieving a job is fulfilling one's dreams, maintaining status quo, surviving in daily life and raising high. Then why do the employees resign?  Why do the employees hop to change the job frequently? If you are thinking from bottom of your heart, then only you can set upright to think rationally and unpretentiously solution path would be unlocked.

The employees who are used to execute their assigned work seriously, fabricate outstanding efforts for the objective accomplishment, sustain healthy relations with the colleagues; they are one side of the coin. If you are turning just opposite side of the coin, few employees play the game of office politics. Their motto is to excavate others faults to show to" boss" that "I'm the useful person".  One man alignment also happened in the organizations.

If I discuss about sales & marketing division, occasionally Human Resources Department used to be controlled by sales & marketing Managers. If HR department is there in the organization, there should have genuine voice and position where the employees can openly discuss about their day to day complications. It plunge negative crash when HR is controlled by the Senior Marketing Managers. I have observed an organization's HRD and their work contributions influenced by only few Marketing Heads, not for the common purpose, not for the lower division employees.

Employee quits from Sales & Marketing Department, employee used to be harassed here. It should be remembered "sales" is the face of any organization, sales is everything as because if sells happen then only an organization can locate upright position. Logically, Sales & Marketing employees should be treated in a right way. Generally, Senior Marketing Managers are used to obtain all the facilities and truly it is requisite. Concurrently, lower division Sales & Marketing employees' interest should be preserved by the senior managers and HRD. Lower division sales employees should acquire the best facilities for their survival in an organization.

Few organizations are used to delaying salary and incentives for the valuable workforce. Salary, incentives, travelling allowances should be disbursed in appropriate point. An employee deserves to obtain salary before 10th of each month. But if it is not happening then frustration, job negligence will emerge. For a moment the employees endeavor to adjust the condition. Occasionally, the staffs give up the trust to stay in the organization.

Sales & Marketing people bounce to resign for nagging and unenthusiastic ambiance. Achieving target is the key element for Sales & Marketing employees. Naturally, target pressure will draw closer through line managers. Manager's job is to manage the state of affairs, they are accountable for giving supports to the subordinates and they do struggle to extract the preferred outcome through the team members and a manager is responsible to inspire, standardize, harmonize and control the team members.

  Managers or team leaders are not only responsible to call meeting several time and to give them the remember alarm for the movement to complete within the precise time, but it's also mandatory to show the route, to be with them, to share ideas and  the achievement strategy which can be done with different and smartest mode. Managers or team leaders' job is not only asking for the business from their subordinates.  A real manager does not dictate to do but stays with the team members always, encourage the employees to reach the most wanted point. If it happens in every organization, then no one will leave their respected managers. Result will come out in a splendid approach and employee retention would be possible in a superior way.

An employee is the asset because without man power, without energetic sales force, an organization never performs.  A company stands on their valuable assistance. If best chains are there, and then the employees will hold the managers' hand strongly, frequently result will come out and employee retention in Sales & Marketing division will be possible in a larger way.

Absolutely, Sales & marketing employees will respect their department strategy; they will offer referral to join in Sales & Marketing branch. They would be inspired and automatically their reflection of satisfaction will fall on their body language. Their confidence level would be nourished and nurtured. They will trade and promote the products with entrepreneur deliberation. The employees will contribute best services also to preserve those customers. They will build rapport with the customers. Efficiency will boost up automatically. An organization would not think for the employee retention farther. The employees will clutch the organization securely.  Every organization will situate with immense output with their enormous sales power supports.
