Sometimes There May Be Something Missing From Your Healthy Eating

Being diligent about your magnesium, calcium, anti oxidants, and fiber may leave your body without some important nutrients.
It is a juggling act, to make sure your body gets its' precise, proper, nutrition without over eating.
Pain may be the result from eating something that your body is reacting adversely to, and pain may ALSO be the result from being under nourished in key nutrients.
As you know I struggle with hip pain, yours may be back or leg or head pain.
When I was in my 20's I found out that I could not eat Port Wine Cheese, or I would always get a severe migraine headache.
I tried it one more time just to see, and I got the same terrible headache again.
Suffering, for a complete evening, when no analgesics would work.
Just think if we could listen to our body more precisely to find what we don't need and what we do need.
When you adopt this eating plan, you will also find certain things affect your body in a certain way, letting you know whether you should keep it or remove it.

Spelt is okay if I don't eat a lot, and I can still get a headache by eating too many pieces of homemade, spelt bread.
Kamut noodles, seem to work much better, and are my favorite.
