- 1). Place the abdominal binder behind your back, positioning the front of the binder right below the navel.
- 2). Stretch out both ends of the binder as far and as tight as you can handle.
- 3). Wrap one end of the binder around your stomach, making sure to hold it tightly.
- 4). Pull the other end of the binder around the stomach, overlapping the first end. Make sure it is pulled very taut.
- 5). Secure the abdominal binder by pressing the two ends of the binder together.
